Certified Power User - Take Action with Data

This badge is exclusively for Planhat users who have gained the edge in Planhat product knowledge by finalising the course “Taking action with data”, the second course out of four in becoming a certified Planhat Power User. To earn the Take action with data badge, recipients learned about different ways to take action with data to help build end-to-end processes. They also learned how to automate their processes as much as possible by building automations or End-User playbooks. It's proof of their skills in leveraging Planhat’s customer platform to create success for their customers, their company, and themselves. To become a certified Planhat Power User, the recipient needs to finish four courses featuring videos, tests, and documents: 1. Organising data 2. Taking action with data 3. Telling stories with data 4. Customising your tenant The four courses add up to an approximate 8-10 hours completion time.
